The "Diamond star" that shines even in the day
I'm talking about one of the finest tuned actor of bollywood Shahrukh khan, known as King khan,Bollywood ka baadshah, and so on.. You must be feeling uncomfortable as I'm go'g on and on... about Mr khan, as it feels proud to be fan of him in early age of 16 he lost his parents and was brought up by his uncle.Today in this world 2.7 billion people around the world recognize Tom cruise and 3.2 Billion people recognize "Shahrukh khan".
King khan made his debut in 1988 with television serial fauji playing the role of commando,his first bollywood movie was Deewana in 1992,it was a super hit,he won the film fare for his first performance as an actor.Then thereafter the class actor had no chance to look back,he again came back with super hit films like "Baazigar,Darr" in which he acting was superb.
Again in 1995 was his era,khan starred in yash raj production "DDLG" which was biggest hit ever in bollywood and in overseas market,till today the film is screened in mumbai theater,in 1997 he was again with yash raj banner with "Dil to pagal hai". which was also a box office hit,the actor was in such a peak time that the films were getting house full by just the presence of this actor in the film.In 1998 his close friend and a dynamic director Karan johar worked out a film with Khan in "kuch kuch hota hai".Which saw again the raising star Shahrukh khan,he was again awarded filmfare for his acting in this film.
As many people around say he does only romantic films of same way or the other, for them the actor played in movies such as "JOSH,HEY RAM,ASOKA,MAIN HOON NA,DON,CHAK DE". Which were different from the usual for the actor but made a point as many of them were box office hits and even won several awards.
As a producer he owns two company's one being "DREAMS UNLIMITED" with Juhi and Aziz and other being "RED CHILLIES" by his wife Gauri Khan, as a producer also he had his success the latest being "OM SHANTI OM" which was a box office hit and earned a huge success in overseas market.
King khan even had his share of success in small screen shows as "Kaun banega crorepati" as of now in 2008 he is hosting in show "Kya aap paanchvi pass se tez hain"
